As a former Big 10 tennis player, I know what it’s like to face intense performance pressure as well as the toll that anxiety and self-doubt have both in the game and day-to-day. My mission is to help you overcome these barriers and fulfill your potential. Through our work together, you’ll elevate your game and learn to sustain zone performance.
We’ll work together using the most advanced, proven peak performance practices to help you control your emotional and physiological response to stress. You’ll learn to breakthrough potentially limiting subconscious core beliefs (i.e. “I’m not good enough,” “I’m not safe,” “I don’t fit in.”) and quiet the mind so you can feel flow and ease of movement. We will also address traditional mental toughness areas including imagery/visualization, goal setting, self-talk, game day preparation, and motivation.
